What is Arc Trader Reputation?

Arc Trader Reputation is a free, community-run tool that lets you check if an EmbarkID has been reported by other Arc Raiders players. It helps you make more informed decisions before trading.

Is this an official Embark Studios site?

No. This is an unofficial, community-run resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Embark Studios or Arc Raiders in any way.

Is this site free?

Yes, completely free. We accept optional tips to help cover hosting costs, but the site will always be free to use.

Searching & Results

How do I search for someone?

Enter their EmbarkID in the search box on the homepage. The format is Name#1234 (username, followed by #, followed by numbers).

What does it mean if someone has reports?

It means other community members have submitted reports about their trading experiences with that player. Having reports does not prove wrongdoing — it simply reflects community feedback. Use this as one factor in your decision, not the only factor.

What if someone has no reports?

No reports doesn't guarantee someone is trustworthy. They may be new, or simply haven't been reported yet. Always use caution when trading.

Are searches case-sensitive?

No. Searching for "Player#1234" and "player#1234" will return the same results.

Submitting Reports

How do I submit a report?

Click the "Submit a Report" button on the homepage. You'll need to provide the trader's EmbarkID and evidence (screenshots, chat logs, etc.).

What kind of evidence should I include?

Screenshots showing: the EmbarkID of the trader, the trade agreement or arrangement, and what went wrong (non-delivery, item mismatch, etc.).

How long until my report is published?

We manually review every submission. This typically takes 1-7 days. We may reject reports without sufficient evidence.

What happens if I submit a false report?

False reports are a serious violation. Your report will be removed, you may be banned from submitting future reports, and you could be held liable for any harm caused.

Disputes

I've been reported unfairly. What can I do?

You can submit a dispute using the link in our footer. Provide your EmbarkID and any counter-evidence that shows the report is false or inaccurate.

How long does a dispute take?

We aim to review disputes within 14 days. We'll notify you of our decision.

What if my dispute is denied?

Our decisions are final. If you have new evidence that wasn't included in your original dispute, you may submit another dispute with that evidence.

Privacy & Data

What data do you collect?

When submitting a report, we collect the reported EmbarkID, evidence files, and report details. We also collect basic analytics. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How long do you keep reports?

Verified reports may be stored indefinitely. Evidence files are deleted within 30 days after review. We may periodically remove reports older than 2 years.

Can I request my data be deleted?

You can contact us to request deletion. Note that verified reports may remain for community safety. See our Privacy Policy for details.
