Before you submit:
- Reports are manually reviewed before being published
- Include the trader's exact EmbarkID (e.g., Player#1234)
- Provide evidence if possible (screenshots, messages)
- False reports may result in your submissions being ignored

What happens after I submit?
Your report goes into a review queue. We manually check each submission before it appears on the site. This usually takes 24-48 hours.
What counts as a failed trade?
Any situation where a trade was agreed upon but one party didn't fulfill their end—such as ghosting after receiving items, non-delivery of promised items, or trade terms not being honored.
Can I dispute a report against me?
Yes. Submit a dispute and include evidence that supports your case.
