- Maintain a database of reported EmbarkIDs
- Review and investigate disputed reports

Data Storage and Security
Where We Store Data
- Form Submissions: Stored securely by Tally (our form processor)
- EmbarkID Database: Stored in Airtable with access controls
- Evidence Files: Temporarily stored by Tally during review process
Data Retention
- Verified Reports: EmbarkIDs are stored indefinitely in our public database
- Evidence Files: Deleted within 30 days after report verification
- False/Disputed Reports: Removed within 7 days of verification that the report was false
- Old Reports: We may periodically remove reports older than 2 years
Security Measures
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS)
- Access controls limiting who can view submissions
- Secure third-party service providers
- Regular review of security practices
However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

Public Display
- Reported EmbarkIDs: Displayed publicly on our Site when they have community reports
- Report Counts: The number of reports for each EmbarkID is publicly visible

- Tally: Form processing and temporary storage of submissions
- Airtable: Database storage of reported EmbarkIDs
- Cloudflare Pages: Website hosting and security

- We will review disputes within 14 days and remove false reports
Data Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of your information by contacting us. Please note:
- Verified reports may remain in our database for community safety
- We will delete false or disputed reports that are proven inaccurate
- Evidence files are automatically deleted after 30 days
Limitations on Deletion
We may retain information when necessary to:

- Resolve disputes
- Prevent fraud and abuse
- Maintain the integrity of our community database
Children's Privacy
