• Maintain a database of reported EmbarkIDs

Where We Store Data

• Form Submissions: Stored securely by Tally (our form processor)
• EmbarkID Database: Stored in Airtable with access controls
• Evidence Files: Temporarily stored by Tally during review process

Data Retention

• Verified Reports: EmbarkIDs are stored indefinitely in our public database
• Evidence Files: Deleted within 30 days after report verification
• False/Disputed Reports: Removed within 7 days of verification that the report was false
• Old Reports: We may periodically remove reports older than 2 years

Security Measures

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS)
• Access controls limiting who can view submissions
• Secure third-party service providers
• Regular review of security practices

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

• Reported EmbarkIDs: Displayed publicly on our Site when they have community reports
• Report Counts: The number of reports for each EmbarkID is publicly visible

• Airtable: Database storage of reported EmbarkIDs
• Cloudflare Pages: Website hosting and security

You may request deletion of your information by contacting us. Please note:

• Verified reports may remain in our database for community safety
• We will delete false or disputed reports that are proven inaccurate
• Evidence files are automatically deleted after 30 days

Limitations on Deletion
